Trev Pro Trial Offer Terms & Conditions
All you need to know about the Trial Offer.
What is the Trev Pro offer and what am I signing up to?
- By agreeing to the terms, you will be provided a two month trial to a Trev Pro subscription for $1 a month. The standard $250+GST per farm Trev onboarding fee will be waived. This is a savings to you of $500+GST*.
- The two month trial kicks off on Friday 2nd August 2024 so you’ll need to indicate your interest by no later than Thursday 1st August 2024 to allow time to get your farm set up on Trev.
- Once you've confirmed your interest via the sign-up form, the Trev team will be in touch to get you underway in Trev. At this time we'll ask for some details about your farm like Land Area, Opening Livestock Numbers, Opening Feed Inventory, User Access Levels. You also have the option of including Farm Maps and Targets.
- Our customer team will also organise a time to give you a quick Zoom training where we can run you how to get the most out of Trev.
- Before we email you your unique login to Trev, you'll need to set up Auto Pay (don't worry it's quick and painless!) using your choice of of Credit Card (Stripe) or Direct Debit (GoCardless) for the $1 payment billed each of the two months of the trial. Details about how to do this will be provided.
- The trial is for two months, after which you can can continue your subscription if you’d like. If not, no worries - you’re able to opt out of the trial at any time by letting the Trev team know.
- If you have any queries over the trial period our customer team will be on hand to support you.
- *$500 savings is derived from the first 2 months of a Trev Pro subscription charged at $1 per month (valued at $125+GST per month), plus the standard one-off $250+GST per farm Trev onboarding fee waived.
To unlock the offer you must:
- Confirm you will take advantage of this offer before Thursday 1st August 2024.
- Set up your online payment of $1 per month via either Stripe or GoCardless for the Trev Pro Trial Offer in order to receive your Trev login.
- You can opt out during the two month Trial Offer period, but you must communicate in writing via support@mytrev.com by Friday 30th August 2024 if you wish to cancel your subscription.
- We will send a reminder email notifying that your trial is coming to an end prior to the trial end date. Please ensure you respond to us if you wish to cancel your subscription.
- Accept that the standard Trev Terms & Conditions also apply.
At the end of the offer period:
- You agree that if you continue a Trev subscription you will roll onto monthly online payments via either Stripe or GoCardless and be transitioned to the full 12-month Trev Pro subscription at the conclusion of the trial.
- You are able to downgrade to a Trev Essential subscription, but must communicate this to us in writing via support@mytrev.com by Friday 30th August 2024.
- The subscription can be terminated if you have communicated to us in writing via support@mytrev.com by Friday 30th August 2024 that you wish to cancel your subscription.
- At the conclusion of the trial period, if you have not opted out, you will be charged a monthly payment of $125+GST for the remaining 10 months of a full 12-month Trev Pro subscription.
